I have created a powerful 12-week healing program called L.I.F.E. In our sessions together we will slowly peel back the layers and work through 4 important stages of your healing journey through a trauma-informed lens.

I incorporate EFT into my sessions, also known as emotional freedom technique. EFT is an evidence based somatic healing tool which lowers your stress hormone Cortisol.

Combining EFT with the 4 stages of healing is a powerful combination to gain access to the trauma that is stuck in your subconscious mind and finally release it. It allows your nervous system to regulate, so you no longer live in fight, flight and freeze, which keeps you stuck, afraid and unable to move forward.
