What is EFT:

EFT is a scientifically proven technique also known as emotional freedom technique and the ‘tapping’ technique.

EFT is a somatic healing technique that works by tapping on certain meridian points on the face and body. The vibration of tapping allows your subconscious mind to access stored trauma and release it.

Tapping calms your fight, flight and freeze response in the nervous system. It lowers your cortisol (stress hormones) so you can neutralize what you are thinking, feeling and experiencing and gain clarity.

When trauma remains stuck in our subconscious mind, we will unconsciously hold on to limiting negative experiences and beliefs and repeat the same patterns over and over. When our subconscious thought patterns are reprogramed, we are able to release our trauma and change our perceptions of situations happening in our life, with less reactions and understand – this is happening to me – not because of me!
